PEDIATRIC SLEEP CONSULTING

As a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I work with children ages 5.5 months-5 years.  

Figuring out a child's sleep patterns (or lack there of) can be one of the most mind boggling, frustrating, bring you to your knees experiences there is. A large part of how well a baby sleeps depends on their temperament and development. Some babies sleep. Some babies don't. There is no one approach or standard way of doing things that will work for every child. Sleep maturation is a developmental milestone just like rolling over, walking or talking which means the timeline for when it will happen is different for every child.  

My goal in working with families is to help usher them to a place where their child's sleep feels manageable. Together we will create a plan that takes into account the unique needs of your child and family.

 

PHONE/VIDEO SLEEP CONSULTATION                                                                          

  • 1 hour phone/video chat to go over intake form, sleep logs and goals. (These are sent and filled out prior to call). 
  • Written Sleep Assessment outlining my observations and recommended Sleep Training Method. (Will be sent 1-2 days after the call). 
  • 3 weeks of email support or mini calls as you implement the plan.  (Check-ins at least every 48-hours to track progress for the first two weeks).  

 

IN-HOME SLEEP CONSULTATION                                                                                                  

6 hour in-home consult from 6:00pm-12:00am.  We will review sleep assessment and sleep training method in person and I will be with you to help implement the method for bedtime and any other night wakings that happen before midnight. Also, includes, 

  • Quick phone chat to go over intake form, sleep logs and goals. (These are sent and filled out prior to the call). 
  • Written Sleep Assessment outlining my observations and recommended Sleep Training Method. (To be reviewed at the home consult). 
  • 3 weeks of email support or mini calls as you implement the plan.  (Check-ins at least every 48-hours to track progress for the first two weeks).
